2. What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, organization (optional), website (optional), the services you're interested in, your budget range and your message.

• Client work: billing details, and the content, logins and account access you share so I can build or maintain your site.

• Website visits: basic usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics. [Confirm which tools you use, e.g. Squarespace Analytics, Google Analytics.]

3. Why I use it

• To reply to your message and send quotes

• To deliver, invoice and support the services you've hired me for

• To deliver templates you've bought

• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it

• To send you emails, only if you've agreed (see section 5)

I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Who I share it with

I only share information with services I need to run the business, such as:

• [Squarespace] (website hosting and forms)

• [Payment processor]

• [Email provider, e.g. Google Workspace]

• [Mailchimp] (only if you subscribe to emails)

• [Accounting or invoicing tool]

Some of these services may store data outside Canada, such as in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
